POLICY

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking (applies to all bookings). This must be received via bank transfer within 3 business days of confirming your desired appointment date and time (for bank details, click here). Failure to transfer your deposit amount by the due date will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer only and may be either prepaid prior to your booked appointment or paid in full on the day of your appointment. Please be sure to email a receipt of your payment if bank transfer is your chosen method. No receipt = No appointment. Note: Exact cash only.

EXCLUDES BRIDAL PARTY APPOINTMENTS*

Payment is required in full for bridal party bookings 14 business days prior to your booked appointment via bank transfer only. Please be sure to email a receipt of your payment.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

In the event that you are no longer able to go ahead with your booked appointment and wish to cancel, any prepayment (excluding your 30% deposit) will be refunded to you in full via bank transfer. For Makeup Applications and Makeup Lessons, this will only apply to cancellations made 3 business days prior to the booked appointment. For Bridal Makeup Applications this will only apply to cancellations made 14 business days prior to the booked appointment.  Cancellations made after this period will not receive a refund. Please ensure that you get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booked appointment so that your refund can be arranged.

LATENESS

If you arrive late to your appointment, I will not be able to provide you with a complete service. Please be mindful and respectful when it comes to my time and the time of others who may have booked an appointment following yours and arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to avoid any disappointment. Note: You will still be required to pay the full cost of your appointment if you arrive late.
